Plasmotekhnika, a research and production enterprise, was founded in 1998 in Kyiv. Starting from narrowly specialised developments in the field of technical information security, over more than 25 years of work we have grown into a full-cycle systems integrator. Today the enterprise combines two roles: it designs and manufactures its own certified TPI tools and delivers turnkey integration projects — from audit and design to certification, instrumental control and ongoing support.
Combining a scientific approach, in-house production and engineering expertise enables us to work with facilities of heightened importance: government bodies, security and law-enforcement agencies, the financial sector and critical-infrastructure enterprises.
Who we are: a manufacturer of TPI tools and a full-cycle integrator
The information-protection market is dominated by multi-vendor suppliers that resell third-party equipment. Plasmotekhnika is built differently: the basis of our offering is our own products, designed and manufactured in-house. Each of them holds a State Service of Special Communications expert conclusion (conclusion details — [TBC]):
- PLASMA-ZV-ARM/MONO — a secure automated workstation with passive protection against information leakage via technical channels;
- PLASMA-ZARM/AZ — a secure workstation with active protection;
- PLASMA DD — a data diode: a one-way security gateway for transferring data between networks of different levels.
The passive and active variants of the secure workstations address different threat models, while the data diode solves the task of guaranteed one-way data transfer between networks with different levels of trust.
At the same time, we are a full-cycle systems integrator: design, supply, implementation, certification and ongoing support are carried out by one team that is responsible for the final result. Areas of work:
- technical information security: audit, design, implementation, certification, instrumental control, detection of eavesdropping devices;
- cyber defence and information security;
- core IT infrastructure: cloud solutions, data centres, networks, IP telephony;
- server solutions, data storage systems, disaster recovery (DRP);
- engineering systems, SCS, uninterruptible power supply;
- technical security of facilities: video surveillance, biometrics, perimeter protection, PSIM;
- equipment supply, service support, automation of working-time tracking.
A separate area is supporting the transition from comprehensive information-protection systems (CIPS) to ICS security authorization under CMU Resolution No. 712: forming target security profiles, assessment, support and inclusion of systems in the register of authorized systems. Technology base and team
The enterprise’s production facility is located in Kyiv, at vul. Politekhnichna 16. Here we design, assemble and configure our own TPI tools, and also prepare equipment for deployment at clients’ facilities. In-house production means control over the entire lifecycle of a product — from development to servicing — without dependence on external suppliers of ready-made solutions.
Projects are carried out by the enterprise’s engineering team: hardware developers, TPI and certification specialists, IT-infrastructure and engineering-systems engineers. For the IT manager this means that questions of compatibility with the existing infrastructure and of ongoing support are handled by the same team that designed and manufactured the solution.

Experience: the public sector and business
We work with two groups of clients: government bodies and enterprises for which the protection of restricted information is a legal requirement, and medium and large businesses that protect their own critical data and infrastructure.
For government institutions, legitimacy is key: the system must be certified or authorized, and the processing of restricted information must comply with regulatory requirements. For businesses, the practical result comes first: data security, continuity of operations, managed risks.
The specifics of the field do not allow us to publish client names and project details. Typical tasks that we perform:
- creation and certification of comprehensive information-protection systems, support of ICS authorization under Resolution No. 712;
- supply and implementation of our own secure workstations for working with restricted information;
- building one-way gateways between networks of different levels based on PLASMA DD;
- instrumental control of security and inspection of premises for eavesdropping devices;
- building IT infrastructure: server complexes, networks, data storage systems, disaster recovery;
- comprehensive technical security systems for facilities: video surveillance, biometric access control, perimeter protection, PSIM.

Work in the field of TPI is carried out under licences and permits (document details — [TBC]). Our own products hold State Service of Special Communications expert conclusions. For the client’s CISO and security service, this means the ability to verify the compliance of solutions with regulatory requirements before the project even begins — based on official documents rather than the supplier’s assurances.
